i appreciate the helpful staff and convenient location near the arc de triomphe. the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. the quality of service was good, especially the drink selection at the bar. i liked that the staff helped answer any questions i had.
the room's air conditioning was not working. this made it hard to keep the room a comfortable temperature.

The location is excellent, with major attractions accessible. The service was professional. Staff were friendly and helpful.. Our room was super clean. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.
The light system via buttons was awful, either too dark or too bright. There was no full-length mirror in the room. The shower head was handheld, not attached.

exquisite element pleasant staff relaxed vibe quality service
Every element felt exquisite, and staff was pleasant and always available. I especially loved the relaxed vibe that permeates throughout. Quality service and a careful selection of products. I look forward to returning soon.
The gym could use a bit more equipment, i think.

broad selection high quality confusing system shower head
the breakfast was quite good. the selection was broad, and the quality seemed high. the hotel provides a good location, near points of interest that was beneficial.
our room have issues. the lighting system was confusing, and it was difficult to adjust the brightness. the shower head did not stay attached, i had to hold it during showers.

attentive staff good carpark convenient location partial wall poor ventilation soaking floor
The hotel offered good car park facilities. It was very convenient. the staff was attentive. That was nice. i appreciated the 10-minute walk from arc de triomphe. It made sightseeing easy. i was able to have one room for my family with teenagers.
the shower had a strange partial glass wall. the floors got soaked all the time because of that design. there was no ventilation in the bathroom. everything would be soaking wet after four people showered.

I was very happy with the breakfast. The gluten-free options were plentiful. The hotel had fresh bread, cake, and cookies. I particularly enjoyed the garden. It was gorgeous.
